　　職責(zé)：

　　1、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目設(shè)備物資采購(gòu)和統(tǒng)籌調(diào)配等管理工作，執(zhí)行完善設(shè)備采購(gòu)和管理制度;

　　2、負(fù)責(zé)建立設(shè)備管理臺(tái)賬，及時(shí)跟蹤設(shè)備的使用情況;

　　崗位要求：

　　1、物資管理、物流管理等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)專(zhuān)科及以上學(xué)歷，1年以上施工行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生亦可;

　　2、具有高度的責(zé)任心，富有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。

　　篇二

　　1. 根據(jù)銷(xiāo)售下達(dá)的采購(gòu)申請(qǐng)單尋找供應(yīng)商，進(jìn)行詢(xún)價(jià)，比價(jià)，議價(jià);

　　2. 采購(gòu)合同的簽訂與執(zhí)行、采購(gòu)訂單下達(dá)與執(zhí)行，及時(shí)處理緊急采購(gòu)任務(wù);

　　3 .根據(jù)采購(gòu)申請(qǐng)，跟蹤各供貨商的生產(chǎn)備貨情況和交貨進(jìn)度;根據(jù)采購(gòu)合同與訂單的執(zhí)行情況，及時(shí)向相關(guān)部門(mén)反饋異常情況信息，保證客戶(hù)能夠及時(shí)收到貨物。

　　4. 收到貨后及時(shí)入庫(kù)、出庫(kù)，并做好采購(gòu)及出庫(kù)銷(xiāo)售臺(tái)賬。

　　5. 跟蹤和催發(fā)發(fā)票及時(shí)的情況。

　　6. 采購(gòu)、銷(xiāo)售合同的簽訂及文件的整理。

　　7. 與甲方材料負(fù)責(zé)人長(zhǎng)期保持有效溝通，確保貨物質(zhì)量、數(shù)量及到貨時(shí)間;定期開(kāi)發(fā)合格供應(yīng)商及采購(gòu)新的產(chǎn)品。

　　Job description

　　Early involvement in the new project: working as the coordinator between the supplier and internal projectteam, in line with the project management process and the supplierdevelopment process, at the most extend secure the customer’ssatisfaction.

　　For the specified commodity, responsible forsourcing and pre select the potential suppliers.

　　Working closely with the quality department or SQE inpotential supplier development as well further improvement.

　　Supporting material planners and SQE in handling withsupplier at the escalation level stage.

　　In line with the company strategy and Purchasing departmenttarget, implement various activities and the negotiation with thesuppliers.

　　With minimum 3 years working experience in automotiveindustry as sourcing position or SQE

　　Can fluent English speaking and writing

　　Familiar with SAP system in connection with Purchasingfunction, or other ERP system

　　Strong skill in communication, team work, problemsolving, decision making, executive, taking responsibility.
