使用行為動(dòng)詞
在簡(jiǎn)歷中，行為動(dòng)詞讓你聽(tīng)起來(lái)更有目的性，更有活力。
例如："Managed a team of 20 employees"就比"Was in charge of 20 employees"更有力度。
調(diào)整語(yǔ)法
雖然我們常覺(jué)得有千言萬(wàn)語(yǔ)要向招聘單位訴說(shuō)，不過(guò)空間有限，簡(jiǎn)歷寫(xiě)作的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)只允許你使用縮寫(xiě)句?？梢允÷跃渥拥闹髡Z(yǔ)(I, my manager)、物主代詞(my/mine,his/hers)有時(shí)甚至省略冠詞(the/a)。如果要在一個(gè)句子中列出不只一個(gè)成就，你可以用"and"取代分號(hào)。
例如："我負(fù)責(zé)一項(xiàng)非常重要的項(xiàng)目，而且我的經(jīng)理給予我獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)"就可以直接寫(xiě)成"Led key project and awarded by manager"。
