在T3的閱讀短文里,中心句往往出現(xiàn)在第一句,而且有著明顯的信號(hào)詞在提醒著考生這就是中心句。這些信號(hào)詞包括:plan, consider, will make, will set, etc. 考生很輕松地就能把中心句記下來(lái)。但是,同學(xué)們需要注意的是,T3中并不是只有學(xué)校的announcement,還有一些是學(xué)生對(duì)學(xué)校的建議??忌鷤兺诒緛?lái)就緊張的情況下會(huì)誤判這是一篇announcement, 從而花費(fèi)大量的時(shí)間找關(guān)鍵詞、中心句,找了半天找的零零落落,在回答的時(shí)候也用錯(cuò)了措辭,導(dǎo)致失分。

二、考生亂記一通難抓重點(diǎn)

三、T3抓住關(guān)鍵詞,巧判閱讀內(nèi)容

前面說(shuō)過(guò),很多考生一味的認(rèn)為T(mén)3就是學(xué)校的announcement, 其實(shí)還有一部分是學(xué)生的建議或提議。那么我們?cè)趺磁袛噙@是announcement還是suggestion呢?很簡(jiǎn)單,一般在學(xué)生建議的最后都會(huì)有個(gè)最明顯的標(biāo)志,就是署名—Sincerely / Faithfully, XXX. 這一關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)是幫助考生判定這是一個(gè)學(xué)生建議的重要依據(jù)。其次,在文章的中間會(huì)以第一人稱(chēng)I作為主語(yǔ)多次反復(fù)強(qiáng)調(diào)這是我的看法和理由。比如下面這篇短文:

Close the Campus Coffee house

I propose that the university close the campus coffeehouse. Coffeehouses are great, if people actually use them, like to socialize with friends, while enjoying a cup of coffee and a snack. But students are not using our campus coffeehouse. There are usually lots of empty tables when I passby the place.

很明顯,在本文中有大量的第一人稱(chēng)以及在末尾有很明顯的信號(hào)這是個(gè)人的proposal,而非announcement。所以,考生應(yīng)該立即把答題模式改為:

口語(yǔ)第三題,是公告、討論題,也叫報(bào)告題。

它包含三個(gè)步驟:首先是閱讀電腦屏幕上的一個(gè)小段落,長(zhǎng)度為75-100詞,時(shí)間為45-50秒鐘;然后是聽(tīng)兩個(gè)人(有時(shí)是一個(gè)人)討論閱讀中涉及的話題,其中一人對(duì)閱讀中的話題表達(dá)了強(qiáng)烈的看法。

根據(jù)閱讀與聽(tīng)力部分回答問(wèn)題,陳述對(duì)話中一個(gè)人的意見(jiàn),并闡述這個(gè)人持這一意見(jiàn)的理由?;卮饻?zhǔn)備時(shí)間為30秒,正式回答為60秒。閱讀段落與聽(tīng)聽(tīng)力必須做筆記。

閱讀段落給聽(tīng)力部分提供背景,通常是一封信,一個(gè)公告或一篇文章。從內(nèi)容上看,閱讀段落通常包含一個(gè)建議以及支持或反對(duì)該建議的兩個(gè)理由。把握好閱讀,聽(tīng)力會(huì)輕松很多。

聽(tīng)力部分一般涉及兩個(gè)人,偶爾也以獨(dú)白的方式出現(xiàn)。這個(gè)人要么支持建議,要么反對(duì)建議。這個(gè)人的態(tài)度,一般可以從他(她)的語(yǔ)調(diào),強(qiáng)調(diào)或詞匯選擇做出判斷。
